Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains how I collect, use and protect your personal information. As a health service provider, I follow the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What I collect

Contact details you provide — your name, email, phone number, and anything you include in an enquiry.
Health and personal information relevant to your or your child's care — such as health history, goals, referrals, and assessment or session notes.
Funding information where relevant — for example, NDIS plan details, Medicare, or private health fund details.

How I use your information

I use your information to provide and plan exercise physiology services, to communicate with you, to arrange appointments, and to manage funding and billing. I only collect what I need to provide safe, appropriate care.

Sharing your information

I do not sell your information or share it for marketing. With your consent, I may share relevant information with others involved in your or your child's care — such as a GP, paediatrician, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, psychologist, school, plan manager or funding body. I may also disclose information where I am required or authorised to by law.

Storing and protecting your information

I store your information securely and take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Clinical records are kept for the period required by law.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to correct it. Just get in touch and I'll help.
